Cancellation, Gift Card*, and Privacy Policies

We reserve service time especially for you!

We maintain a 24 hr. cancellation policy for all service time reserved… this is so we have ample time to fill the reservation time should you need to change or cancel your visit. Reservations canceled less than 24 hrs.prior to scheduled visit will result in a last minute cancellation fee of $25. ‘No show’ appointments are subject to 50% of cost of the service reserved.

If for any reason you do not show or are not not able to honor our cancellation policy, we reserve the right to charge payment to your card on file.


Peaceful Environment Policy

For the enjoyment of other guests, we ask that you put your cellular phone ringer on “vibrate” or “off” while receiving services. Gift Cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase
