Leading Edge Salon is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your services, simply contact our guest relations and we will arrange for you to come back in. We ask that you call us within 14 days of your original appointment.
To ensure each stylist’s availability we recommend you pre-book your next appointment. Although we know unforeseen circumstances may arise that would prohibit you from giving us proper notification for missing appointments, 24 hours notice of appointment change is requested. Please allow us to reserve all services with a credit card.
We realize that appointment adjustments on occasion are unavoidable. Please bear in mind that cancellations and no shows lead to loss opportunities for the salon and our guests. As a courtesy, please provide at least a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If for any reason, you do not show up or are not able to honor our cancellation policy, we reserve the right to charge payment to your card on file. A Cancel or Reschedule of less than 24 hours prior notice are subject to 50% of cost of the reserved service.
Gift cards may be redeemed for services and retail products only. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A gift card may not be purchased in conjunction with any special offer or discount.
If you have purchased a product that is not working for you and need to exchange it, please do so within 21 days. As always, Leading Edge Salon guarantees your satisfaction.
We cordially request that you refrain from bringing your young children along on your visit. We not only think that this is an unsafe environment for children, but it also detracts from the tranquil experience we wish to provide for our clients.
