After dedicating years perfecting her craft, Paula made the bold decision to retire from behind the chair in 2015, channeling her energy and vision toward the future growth of her beloved salon. Under her leadership, Leading Edge has evolved into a vibrant hub of creativity, providing an environment where clients and stylists alike can thrive.

Salon Manager

With nearly two decades of experience in the salon industry, Katie has transformed her talents into a distinctive form of artistry that goes beyond traditional hairstyling. She began her journey as a stylist, quickly earning acclaim for her versatility and keen eye for detail. In 2020, she stepped away from behind the chair and embraced the role of salon manager, using her passion and knowledge to cultivate an engaging atmosphere for clients and her talented team.

Katie’s commitment to excellence and innovative strategies has played a pivotal role in the success of Leading Edge Salon, creating a space where creativity thrives and personalized service elevates individual beauty.

Premier Stylist

Tamara is a talented stylist who launched her career in 2008 and has been an integral part of Leading Edge since 2011. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of styles, making her a well-rounded professional in the industry. Fueled by a profound love for her career and a genuine passion for the craft, Tamara has discovered her true calling lies in shorter cuts and styling.

Tamara’s ultimate goal is to assist her guests in creating a personalized style they can easily recreate at home while nurturing the overall health of their hair. Additionally, she finds joy in helping guests celebrate their unique beauty.
